Four wins and two defeats out of six league games mean Chelsea are leading the charge for Champions League qualification ahead of Leicester City and Manchester United.
The Blues came from behind to beat Aston Villa 2-1 in their first game of the restart before winning by the same scoreline at home to Manchester City.
Ross Barkley provided the goal for a sneaky 1-0 FA Cup quarter-final win at Leicester, which was followed by a surprise 3-2 defeat away to West Ham United.
Most recently, Chelsea put three past Watford and Crystal Palace, before Sheffield United gave them a taste of their own medicine with a 3-0 defeat at Bramall Lane.
Chelsea remain one point above Leicester with three games to go, although Manchester United have a game in hand and are two points behind, so Frank Lampard will be viewing Tuesday’s game as another must-win.

Our previous visit to Stamford Bridge came in the FA Cup third round replay in the 2017-18 season. Michy Batshuayi gave Chelsea the lead before Jamal Lewis equalised in stoppage time, but the hosts emerged victorious on penalties.
You have to go back to 1993 for the last time we won at the Bridge, when goals from Ruel Fox and Chris Sutton were enough to give the Canaries a 2-1 win in the capital.
